It's not the Pleasant Lake in Hamburg Township, which also goes by Gut Lake. • Size: about 85 acres in DNR data (Michigan's Named Inland Lakes, DNR data via MLSA); EGLE MiEnviro inland lakes mapping shows about 87 acres, and MichiganLakes.com lists 78 to 84 acres. Published depth figures don't agree, so I'd treat depth as unconfirmed.
• Boating: I didn't find a Michigan DNR local watercraft control naming Pleasant Lake (Michigan DNR Livingston County watercraft controls). I didn't find an all-sports rule either.
• Public access: I didn't find a published public boat launch for Pleasant Lake. Ask me, and we'll confirm what applies to a specific home.
• Shoreline: Microsoft building-footprint map data shows about 35 buildings near the shore.

Living on Pleasant Lake

Pleasant Lake is a smaller, quieter-feeling lake in the countryside between Howell and Pinckney, with Triangle Lake just to the north. A saved search is the easiest way to catch the next home that comes up. Plan on confirming well, septic or sewer and road details for each home.

Pleasant Lake homes are in Marion Township with Howell addresses. Marion Township waterfront homes on my site today are all in Howell Public Schools and I confirm the school district for every address.
