Clark Lake waterfront homesBrighton Township waterfront homes
This page covers the small Clark Lake in Brighton Township, Livingston County, about 15.6 miles from downtown Fenton. It's not the Clark Lake in Jackson County or the tiny Clark Lake in Commerce Township. When I checked in October 2026, my site had a pending Clark Lake listing, and the button above always shows what's available today.
Clark Lake is small, calm and tree-lined. A Metro Detroit lake agent's Clark Lake page describes Clark Lake Road circling the lake, mature trees, and many homes sitting above the water with a few stairs down. The pending listing, built in 1930, was used mostly as a cottage.
Clark Lake is in Brighton Township. The current Clark listing is in Howell Public Schools with a private well and septic. Brighton Township waterfront listings I checked in October 2026 were split among Brighton Area Schools, Howell Public Schools and Hartland Consolidated Schools, so I confirm the district and utilities for every address.
