Welcome to Brighton Lake

Brighton Lake is a private lake on the southwest edge of Brighton, mostly in Genoa Township, Livingston County, about 19.7 miles from downtown Fenton. When I checked in October 2026, my site had three Brighton Lake homes, one of them pending, and the first button above always shows what's available today.

Lake Overview

Living on Brighton Lake

Brighton Lake has real range. The east side has older homes on small lots near town, like the renovated 1942 home with a new seawall and private dock. The west side includes Pine Creek Ridge, a wooded community with a pool, tennis court, lodge and private beach, where homes like this one on Arbor Bay Court have their own dock.

Genoa Township & Schools

Most of Brighton Lake is in Genoa Township, with Brighton mailing addresses. All three current listings are in Brighton Area Schools with sanitary sewer and public water, and a local agent's Brighton lakefront guide describes the lake as fully sewered. I confirm the township, district and utilities for every address.
